Please note that all returns do require pre-authorization, and returned products must be received within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products returned without pre-authorization
- Shipments returned as non-deliverable to the requested delivery address
- Shipments returned as refused (unless pre-approved)
- Refused shipments where original packing has been opened
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and no shipping charges will be refunded. To cover seller shipping and handling costs, refunds for products that qualified for free shipping will be further reduced by $5.95 or 10% of the original order total, whichever is greater.
Please Note: Herbal Galleria is not responsible for items lost or stolen after documented arrival at the requested delivery address.
